HR&Admin Manager
某跨国化工集团招聘中国HR&Admin MANAGER,工作地点:珠海,具体如下
Description of tasks:
-          Manage full spectrum of HR functions in China such as development/ implementation of HR policies & procedures , staffing, compensation & benefits, performance management and staff development; and lead various local and area projects
-          Drive people initiatives as well as ensure the tactical execution of HR support activities
-          Foster effective communication between employees & management
-          Provide HR consulting and delivery and administration of various HR programs
-          Support employee relations and legal compliance related issues
-          Various other support duties as required
-          Supervise office/ plant administration activities in Southern China
-          University graduate
-          Minimum 8 years hands-on HR & office administration experience, of which 4 years in a managerial position
-          Team oriented & proactive professional to interact cross-functionally and cross-culturally
-          Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills; ability to communicate with all levels of organization;
-          Strong understanding of China regulations
-          Excellent verbal and written bi-lingual communication skills,
-          Meticulous, well-organized, detail-oriented
-          Location in Zhuhai, Travel activity in Mainland China
